YogAdenia’s Program
Each class starts with breathing exercises followed by asanas (yoga poses) and/or yoga games. Themes for classes range from anatomy to peace and environmentalism. All classes end with breathing exercises, and guided visualizations can be included in longer sessions.

Weekly 60 min sessions for 7th and 8th grade
